 Registration and Cancellation policy

1. Payment for the workshop is due before the workshop is held unless alternate arrangements in writing are made by contacting us directly in advance.  Payments after workshop date are considered late and may incur late charges.

Registrations should be made at least 20  business days before the workshop.

Registrations entered after this time will require a Visa, American Express, Discover or MasterCard for payment. No money orders, business checks nor purchase orders will be accepted after this time.

2. Registration cancellations are permitted up to25 business days prior to start of scheduled workshop with no penalty. Registration cancellations within 25 business days prior to start of scheduled workshop will incur a 50 % cancellation fee. No cancellations are permitted within 15 business days of the scheduled workshop. Not attending the scheduled workshop, will result in forfeiture of workshop registration fee.

3. Ishtronics Inc. reserves the right to cancel the workshops for any reason. You will be notified in the event of a cancellation. If Ishtronics Inc. Cancels a scheduled workshop, registrants for that workshop will receive a full refund or at their option be reassigned to another workshop at the same location or at a different location.
